As an arsenal fan I reckon spurs need 5 signings and 2 of them have to be upgrades on the wingers Kulusevski and Johnson are not top 4 quality, need a backup Left back and right back because injuries and suspensions happen and then they need a destroyer someone who will bring energy and protection to the back 4. Rodri has better passing, is more progressive, better at shooting, tactically levels ahead, is more physical, better in the ball, two footed. Rice 1 season under rice vs rodri 5 years under pep. Rice is doing very well and picked up a lot of skills very quickly in one season. While rodri is def better the gap shrank massively with less than 1 season of coaching by Arteta so I can see why they compare so often as you have to look up to find someone working at a similar level to Rice.
