When I heard about the CHO links, I was very underwhelmed and the signing absolutely reeks Levy. However, I can kinda see it making sense if we’re selling Gil and Solomon, whilst not making Werner permanent. That’d leave us with only Son as LW, if it means us getting ambitious CF and DM signings, I can kinda get behind signing him. Also, the LW market isn’t as big as we think. No one wants to touch Neto because of his injuries, Nico Williams wants €350k/week and is destined for Arsenal, Liverpool or Chelsea. Also, he’s young and homegrown, which is also a plus.

Sessegnon has played 57 times for us in 5 years. So around 1,5 full seasons worth of games.

In the past, Benteke was once such a monster that Lukaku was pushed aside as a striker candidate. However, after an Achilles tendon rupture, he was reduced to a colorless and odorless player. This is a chronic disease. I brought Odoi with me and I don't know when he'll get sick again. Have we already experienced many players like this? Rather than paying that much money to bring back Odoi, it would be better to have Werner, who has no serious injuries, even if he doesn't have the ability to make goals. I don't think Hudson odoi is anywhere near as bad as what all these comments are saying but I don't really want him at spurs. He has massively outperformed his xG this season which obviously is great, means he's clinical, but could also mean it's just a one off.

Sess should honestly find a league/team that plays a bit calmer football.. and of course has top quality sports science and physios. Championship with 46 games of at times frantic running does not sound like a good idea.

It is understandable to want to sell players who are on loan or those with a long history of injuries and anyone who does not want to stay. However, it is irresponsible talk to just scatter others like Davies, skipp, Bissouma, and Richarlison, while the manager still does not want to use the young academy players. Particularly when there are no definit replacements in sight. Unless the goal is to be left with ten to fifteen players only.
