In our travels over the years between Burlington, VT and Montreal we felt that our friends to the north treated us better than they were treated when visiting the US. We were always made to feel welcome even when snowmobiling in the northern, French speaking areas of Quebec.

Yes! We found that true also. Absolutely fell in love with Canadians and all things Canadian. In many ways, we could do so much better in the USA.

I'm on vacation now in Tazwell, Va. I trailered the bike here. Rode the Back of the Dragon yesterday. It was GREAT! It was like doing a Ski Slalom course. My legs are feeling it today. I've ridden The Tail of the Dragon several times on the scoot but that ride pales in comparison to the ride I did yesterday.

Glad to see you guys had another great trip! Missed you this year in Sedona. I was concerned about your route given the fires in Canada and then the flooding in New England. I figured you had made it back before the rains and glad to hear that you did. Seems like you "threaded the needle" between those two situations.
