What a great collection. Love that mini Southard. So cool. I’d definitely go with a dark bronze ano on the lock side. Should go really good with that gorgeous micarta. Really enjoyed the video. Thanks for sharing. 👍🤘
Very nice collection definitely some really cool blades. I think that modified sothered would look good with a grey stonewash back scale would compliment the blade and red well great video
Epic collection, my friend! I love the Burch 'Chubby' especially👍. Loving your collection videos, too- always interesting to see what other people have (although your collection kinda towers over mine!!)
Love, these videos Nick. Your story behind the knife. I would love to see you or other RU-vid’s do a video on after market scales. Just an idea because it seems like you do that quite a bit.
Yooooooo, that Mini Suthered is 🔥!! I absolutely love it when I see a chopped Spyderco knife, the Chubby and the Leaf storm (think that's what you called it?)were gorgeous as well. Thanks for the peek man, keep safe out there :)
Thanks for sharing Bro "" it is good to see this spyderco collection of yours, very nice collection I am old school myself since 1980 I also collect spyderco, s I own 50 Psc. The Spyderco Ed Schempp Tuff ™ C151GTI is my Holy Grail knife. Anyplace Anywhere Anytime Spyderco make a difference
Nick I’m pretty sure the bowie was $299 street price and I thought that was expensive back when I should’ve picked one up. Great Spyderco collection. Spyderco is the company that really got me addicted to the knife world
Brian Wallace yeah that was the street price but the msrp was $499 so if the msrp would have been at around $350 then in stores it would probably have been around $250 which I think would
Hey brother didn't want to jam up the giveaway video but what shop has the s45 paramilitary 2? And do they have a site? I've been desperately searching for one. Being in hawaii our knife selection sucks! Btw your anno work is amazing!
Cool video. The Sage 2 was a good knife. Back in the day that was the Spyderco answer to the Sabenza. I think there was another Spyderco Southard model that was smaller, and had carbon fiber handles that was pretty cool. Do you have any recollection of that model?
Sparta EDC thanks and the jimping all over the Manix was to harsh for my beat up hands so I sold the 2 I had and the PM2 wasn’t getting any carry time once I got my Para 3’s since it’s the size I tend to carry however I went to my local shop today and they had just got some PM2’s in Cpm S45vn so I decided to get one to see how much I like the S45vn lol 👌🏻
You know what? I don't even LIKE SpyderCo knives at all.... but I watched the entire video, mostly because I have a curious interest in atypical blade steels, which SpyderCo is famous for using. And your approach always interests me. It's not a polished product, but your sincerity keeps me watching.
William Burke thanks William I appreciate it. Yeah it took me a while to get myself to like Spyderco’s aesthetics but it was there use of pretty much every steel out there that got me hooked 👌🏻
