Spyderco Delica 4 FFG knife is A knockout EDC design... I dubbed it a 'Knife Delicacy', because of its extremely high desirability in the knife culture. If you were to ask any knife enthusiast what thier all time favorite knife is... I'd be willing to bet many of them would say the Delica. It is extremely lightweight at only 2.3 ounces which rides well in your pocket. The pocket clip is sturdy, but also easy enough to clip into wherever you desire to carry it. The handle is FRN handles are very grippy, and the grip is very positive in hand. I find the VG10 blade steel to handle general tasks very well (cutting cardboard, food, rope), and it can be sharpened by the common knife user without too much skill. The blade grind is Flat, which allows it to be an excellent slicer. The colors of the newer Delicas are awesome, with the light blue being my favorite of them all. The black pocket clip and the satin blade - make it such a beautiful knife. You really have to hold one in your hand to experience it. That is not to say it is "the" knife for everyone. the blade length is 3 inches, with a 2.75 inch cutting edge. This may be too small for some people. But for those just looking for a lightweight, affordable, and reliable edc knife then look no further. Enter the Delicacy!
