I remember having this on a blue cover demo disc that came with my PS1. I still remember the Balloonist saying, "The other worlds are very exciting. I'll take you there in September." Used to play the demo every September just for the joke.
The Nintendo Switch version of Spyro Reignited Trilogy doesn't have anything like that in the unpatched version, and instead just throws the "Install the rest of the game by connecting to the Internet" message when you approach the balloonist. They could've had him say, "I'll take you there once you connect to the internet to install the rest of the game".
