i hope too, and i get really hyped from "The Wrench", showing Brazil, Australia, France, Germany, Serbia, Japan, African Union with African Insurgents and Militia, and also Rhodesian Bush War and South African Border War which is awesome also hope they get to bring in Finland, Sweden and Norway too, and Czech Republic

Also, the Australian ones you forgot too.

Arma you will NEED people or a clan to join. Otherwise it's an easy choice as you get a lot for your money's worth with Arma. Insurgency is mainly if you want realism in terms of weapon functionality and time to kill but would rather move around more like Battlefield. There's also the ISMC mod that I highly reccomend which is PvE and is an extremely immersive experience.
