Anyone else notice that Andy switched both of his CBs so that both bronzes weren't on the same side. Though it doesn't really effect him, it could be an advatange for Itani since there is an obvious weaker side....
Itani is that basic that he had gerard as a manager on the hole squad building but it wasn't a problem to him because 1 league squad 🤣 (and yeah i know that van basten is the 2nd league but you get it)
I did NTC Breakthrough Challenge. And just limit your calories so ur at a calorie deficit. Apps like myfitnesspal will help with that. But in general non-processed meats should be your focus. Chicken is probably most common weight loss food. Basically find the most filling foods that are low calorie. Fruits and veggies help with that too. Some complex carbs like oatmeal and potatoes are good but I’d focus on meat/protein
@@elephant615 the confusing part is people saying high protein low carbs others say high fats others say lower calories but don't specify what food to eat I've heard carb cycle
@@eskelletor Largely irrelevant pal. Calories in vs Calories out. Simple as that. If eating high protein low car for example makes it easier for you then do that. Try a few things and see what suits you. I enjoy intermittent fasting personally.
@@scottchegg828 I've seen that method brought up too but shut down by others this is why I've never known what to do but I will try out and see what works
@@eskelletor Intermittent fasting will work a treat. You can increase your fasting window as you get more used to it. You don't need to do it every day, try 4 days a week. Low carb dinner before starting your fast. And don't eat too much for breakfast when you break your fast, I recommend having a smoothie. Good luck
