Ingredients:
• squash - 450 g
• sugar - 1 tbsp
• kefir - 300 ml
• eggs - 4
• wheat flour - 200 g
• vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
• fresh cilantro - 10 g
• garlic - 1 clove
• salt - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• butter - 50 g
You will need:
• pan
• grater
• bowl
Preparation:
1. Peel the squash, deseed and grate coarsely, add 1 tsp of salt and leave for 15 minutes.
2. Squeeze the squash and pour out the released juice.
3. Add 4 eggs and kefir and combine.
4. Add the wheat flour gradually and combine well, add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil and combine again.
5. Add the baking powder, stir, cover with a food film and leave it rest for 20 minutes.
6. Add 1 tbsp of sugar, minced garlic and chopped cilantro, stir until smooth.
7. Heat a pan, brush with vegetable oil and pour in 1 ladle of the squash mixture, form a pancake and fry over low heat for 2 minutes on each side until golden. Brush each side with some butter. Serve your squash pancakes hot with sour cream.

1. You can make a sauce of sour cream, garlic and greens to serve with squash pancakes.
