New 1RM PR. This moved significantly better than my last 1RM PR of 445 lb back in November 2020. I controlled my positioning in the descent much better, which lead to a surprisingly easy lift. I think this is the best technique I've ever demonstrated while doing a 1RM PR attempt. There are a lot of reasons behind this, the main one being training tons of tempo pause squats.
