They smooth out the beach to clean the trash. Its a tractor that pulls a device to capture the trash on the beach. And it also makes it look nice.

here in new jersey beaches at like 2am go and smoothen the sand. it’s a way of cleaning the sand and picking up all the garbage that’s left there. also makes it look nice!
