Fun fact regarding keys in the fridge (3:00): It’s an old film director’s trick. When directors rent a restaurant to shoot scenes for a movie/ TV (Netflix) series/ etc., they have to unplug the appliances to dampen the sound as much as possible. In order to remember to plug everything back in, directors would often leave their keys inside (for example) a walk-in refrigerator.

Hearing Dan stumble through his vague Spongebob knowledge for 10 minutes and then correctly name the instrument Squidward plays only to have Arin be like "it's an oboe" killed me

My favourite part about them having to find water at the end is that the entire thing takes place underwater and nobody brings it up

Honestly, while most of this game is the kind of lame "dark and edgy for shock value" humor you expect from typical shovelware parody horror games, there are a few moments that genuinely have SpongeBob energy. Like, there's a couple scenes that genuinely feel like what you might get if the series got an R-rated episode but kept the same humor style, with things like Mr. Krabs being more distraught about being robbed than about the shotgun pointed at his face, Sandy being alarmingly casual about possibly having to kill Squidward, and Patrick dejectedly saying "I got circumcised again" with no follow-up whatsoever.

"That's why my wife and I sleep in separate rooms now." *Sure, THAT'S why* lol
