Yes the Alpex is a very clear scope. You may notice it was a little blurry at the beginning but that was because I hadn't actually noticed but I corrected it later in the video.

Here nothing but good comments on this rifle, sorely tempted to purchase one but a lot of money for sorting a few squirrels for me. Just on with servicing my ageing Webley FX2000 as the power is no longer consistent, if it doesn't respond to some TLC I might have to twist my own arm and get me one.

Great shooting, especially with an air gun. We've always used .22 and even then some don't die immediately. Still, we'd find 'em and when done for the day, build a little fire and roast all of them to eat on the way home. Great fun in the squirrel woods (or any small game, really). Thanks for the video, nice commentary as well (though I sometimes find it difficult to understand with the translation).

hi, great video, you would probably get more if you made a table for one like ED gun Leshiy who has a channel and blasts the brutes with 9m tracer bullets. the squirrel sits down to a plate full of goodies then gets whats coming to him.

Nice video. It was clean shots. A question >What are you doing with the squirrels?< Because the hair from the >squirrel tail< is processed in places for a brush (drag brush for the pinstrip). Have a nice weekend.

Great work, some bumper numbers. My record for a session is 13, then got another 13 the following week from the same feeder. Curious about the sheet behind the hide, what's it for? Also, what camera do you use inside the hide?

The woodland is sometimes used as a bushcraft area that's what that sheet is. I use a Panasonic HCVX870 camcorder.

Hi good shooting hoping for the wind to drop so can get out this weekend with my hw100 and thin out a few more squirrels. What scope are you using? and do you think the added costs of peanuts are worth the extra cost do you get a bigger bag ? Often wondered with a cheaper bait could fill 2 feeder and maybe get a bigger bag for same ££ outlay?

Scope is a Hik Alpex. I have experimented with maize, wheat and peanuts but peanuts bring them in every time. I always get bigger bags with peanuts. I've noticed when shooting with wheat or maize they quite often walk past the feeder as they're not as interested in it. They like it, but for big bags I'll always spend the extra and use peanuts.

May have to try peanuts on a couple of feeder but will have to change the design of the feed tray so can have a lid on it. Stop the Crows and Magpies having to many free feeds before there lead based dessert 🍨

Yes it is a moderator. Really easy to get in the UK. Quite simple to get on our firearms also.

Great shooting once again, ive just started setting up back garden from a bathroom window vantage point with grass as a backstop, my angle of attack is about 45 degrees this should stop ricochets ( targets are wood pigeons and grey squirrels ) any advice on extra backstops ? there are concrete panels either side so pretty safe ? It's actually a HW100 not HW110. Both rifles are as good as each other, it all comes down to which one you prefer. Both mine will continue to be used.

Hello Sir, I have and use the Air Arms Ultimate Sporter, which I love. I was curious about the Weihrauch HW 110 and so tried one on the range at the Northern Shooting Show last year. Like you've written, they are both quality kit, absolutely no question. My genuine opinion was, I wasn't keen on the travel radius/arc of the 110 cocking lever. I wouldn't have changed from my Ultimate Sporter for the HW110 To me, German air rifles are fantastic, world leaders and engineering excellence. However, that's my opinion and still feel that. Thank you.

It is the Menimal 2 man pop up hide. As for the trail camera I can't remember which one we were talking about but trail cameras are pretty good at all prices but I use cellular ones, but the prices for those are quite expensive.

Pretty much just drive round to local farms, offer your services such as you do it as a hobby. If they say no (which they will 99% of the time) be polite and leave your name and number. Persistence is key and even pop back again a few months later.
