Wow! That is one determined squirrel. Wonderful job on getting this video and the music was awesome ~ kept me in suspense. Just watch this fellow run across the wire. Now that's walking the line. TFS
There was this street (84th) that I always noticed a lot of dead squirrels and then I saw it in action. The crows would swoop and scare squirrel who would run up telephone pole then as it is walking across the wires, criws would swoop again and then eat dead fallen squirrels.
@@remyogun8270 many were squished by cars. I drove bus on this route for someone on vacation. 84th st in Kirkland and crows didn't eat all the body. They especially like the eyeballs and meat.
This is MOST INTENSE!!! The words FOCUS and COURAGE don't usually come to mind whenever one thinks of squirrels. Your video has changed my worldview of squirrels. PBS NATURE did a very informative episode on squirrels about 3 years ago; but this footage blows my mind! Thank you for sharing, Robbie.
the squirrel had something he was carrying in his mouth....guess he thought "YOU ain't getting it mister!!" lol great footage...I watch my cat close cos of the Hawks I have here....
I was in the garden a couple of weeks ago and heard an awful commotion. Turned to look and over on the fence a mockingbird was rather aggressively harassing a squirrel. That squirrel should be glad it was only a mere hawk it had to deal with! The mockingbirds here harass cats, and let's not get started on the blue jays.
I'm so glad that little squirrel made him fly away. We have cooper hawks here and they have attacked my precious little squirrels, some still bear the scars around their necks and on their backs. I know hawks are a beautiful creature God made, but they kill the precious birds and squirrels we have here in Bedford County, Virginia.
Mistitled. Also, this is why humans are at the top of the food chain. A human would have hunted that squirrel down and killed him even though it cost the lives of his entire village!
