When I came back, I found my younger brother created lot of legal issues and even financial liabilities. I am 63 years old. tremendously a good lecture even i m from pakistan as our laws are same it helped me a lot. but painfully in national school of india not a bluetooth mike is available so she can deliver easily and her voice doesnt goes on up and down

Very informative class. If the questions from students were audible it would have added value. Question: why separation of investigation from prosecutors? With all kinds of jobs that a police officer is tasked, is it possible for him to prepare a proper charge sheet?
