Hi ..! Ranveer ... You are great.. being first generation law student , I have got so much information and motivation through this video . This podcast will definately help many young law students like me ... thank you so much ...
From beer biceps to trs I have been watching ur channel for past few years now and I would say U are raising and setting new standards with episodes and guests like this... It's like multidisciplinary course I can keep learning from...thank U trs for coming up with such wide ranging contents.. 👍❤️😊
Dr. Rai spoke so much, so many words and so many stories but the way he connected them without making any mistake, without making any verbal or grammatical error, fluent in both languages. Commendable and inspirational.
Watching this episode was like a treasure. Pradeep Sirs knowledge, his great thinking, willingness to share are highly appreciated. One hour is not enough n request you to make Part II, when time permits. May God bless.
Hi, I am a law student. It's indeed a great podcast. Recommending names for invitees, please try to bring the legendary Fali S Nariman on the show. He is 94 but he is the absolute legend of law. His presence in your show will make a real impact. Please consider this request, and read about him and try to reach out to hum if possible.
By far the best podcast.. so knowledgeable, informative, motivational, clear, helpful... what a brilliant personality Adv Pradeep Rai sir is.. thankyou Ranveer for doing so much..
Ask your beloved sir to stop giving clean chits to criminals like Salman and Sanjay dutt.. and also ask him to stop sympathizing terrorists who pick up arms... so many loose comments given so easily... can't believe it
@@aj7838285331aj I have Lost my Dog. I doubt on my neighbor. Will you fight a case for me? After I complained to the police. How much fees will u take?
This was one of the best episode.. Full of knowledge and positively with a pinch of Insight about our judicial system. Please do more podcast like these because News channels have become Douche bag. Technology is the Trending thing now a days, As a viewer i would love to see someone from the field of Technology sharing their insights.

Being an advocate & watching a supreme court advocate on TRS is a best feeling ever. So proud of you ranveer you are a fab. So much learning & my heart is full❤❤. I recommend you can also do a podcast with Advocate Pallavi Pratap, Advocate on Record, Supreme court of india
This was an extremely gripping and educative podcast Ranveer. Thanks million tons for this. Keep these coming ! More power to you. And to Dr. Pradeep Rai Sir. Thanks so much sir. You were candid and to the point and what you said enhanced my knowledge of your field and how things should change as far as systems in our country is concerned.
Wow! Stumbled over here on the same Chris Dixon, which my colleague at work always attest to his great experience in investment. Good deeds they say,fly easily….Chris is great
Beauty of this channel is Ranveer talks about different topic and personality 😊 my personal favorite was podcast with your mom - such amazing lady and then this one
One of the most important questions that Ranveer missed is that: Why our judiciary is so slow? as almost 4 crore cases are pending in district courts and 15 lakh cases are pending in supreme court in India. 😢😮
There is a minor recommendation to call a person on this TRS hindi platform the name is Former Supreme Court Judge Markande Kartju you can have briefs on his careers a adv and judge and moreover he is going to be wonderful person to fill us with knowledge and he is a rebel i must say. Thank You and you are doing a very brilliant work must say brother.
Things which I want to know from Advocates Podcast:- -What's should be ethics of Advocate -Reality of field -Skill set -How to earn money -How One can start practice ( to those student who only enjoy college and after college want to practice ) - how to keep updated - how one can become Advocate with High Reputation - How One can become Advocate of supreme court, High court - how one can become judge ( and is there any legal way to become judge without exam) Thank you for Amazing Podcast i show most of the podcast of yours and all are knowledgeable and enjoyable, once again thank you ☺️ for sharing such precious knowledge to us.
1. Ethics and conduct is laid down in advocates act. 2. Reality of the field is that due to easy admission in sub quality institutions and easy licensing there are a lot of advocates without merit. There are both extremes in advocacy. In lower courts many of the well earning advocates don't have any merit just good networking and connections. 3. Very core skill is ability of persuasion, you should not be agreeable, you should be the type of person who stands his ground outside the court to and this'll form your basic attitude in the court. To do research atleast 1 hour a day. 4. Need to build a client network. 5. Need to join an advocate as his junior but he may or he may not teach you a lot. Preference should be given to a lawyer in your family circle. 6. Research, subscribe legal magazines and journals. 7. Is to follow values and ethics. Advocacy should be considered a Dharma and not to get emotionally involved in cases but to give your best effort. 8. You need to get admitted to hc, sc bar. For S.C it's only with blessings of a S.C advocate. 9. Without judiciary there are regular elevations in both S.C., H.C but very tough competition. There is certain preference for certain candidates. In Lower Judiciary there's also elevation and advocates/govt prosecutors are elevated to Additional Sessions Judge.
I am an Ex. Law Enforcing Agency Official and after listening to you for few minutes only I am deeply in your philosophy. What a clear cut realisation on your part and what a lucid rendition to others. Highly motivating, inspirational your words are. It's a great pleasure for me too. ❤ Regards for you Sir.
Consider these topics/questions. 1. Carrier Growth journey Of Lawyers/Judges and all other persons related to Law. 2. Opportunities/Possibilities in this field. 3. Skills/Qualities required. 4. Attitude/Temperament needed. 5. How much time and effort these field demand to reach supreme court. Lots of love to beerbicps Ranveer bhaiya जिन्दाबाद 😎🤘
What an excellent video Ranveer, loved the conversation. Massive respect for Pradeep sir for being so honest and to the point. Loved how he is so grounded. Looking forward for more conversations with him.❤️
Pradeep Sir is Very humble and down to earth insaan h..who really understands universal law.. Time..up and down,in life.. He's on the right path...one step closer to salvation.. merge with Almighty Lord 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
You didn't ask main question about corrupt legal system in India and corrupt lawyers and judges which is the main reason why a common man has lost faith in legal system and doesn't approach legal system even if unfair and illegal things happen in society. And common man keeps suffering and hence the nation is going backwards. Thank you.
Aapko kya lgta h ye pucha jayega toh kon affirmative me ans dega? Kuch Q bekar hote hain, qki yaad rkhiye ek time bad system chahe kitna bhi khrab ho, par ek time ke bad bhot sare log usi khrab system ke beneficiary ho jate hain aur wo resist krte hain kisi bhi change ko. Iss profession me aapko bhi pta h, sbka ka sb ulta seedha krta h, shi ko glt aur glt ko shi prove krta hai sirf paise keliye
thanks bro i am final year law student & this podcast was really important,it was a big surprise for me i never thought u will do podcast in the feild of law too.
Keep it Up Ranveer!!!! You are inviting guests from all walks of life. I wait for your podcasts and this is the only thing i can watch 1:30 hrs continuously and still think this was a short podcast😅. One of the very interesting podcasts with Adv Pradeep Rai. It's such a motivation for new generation lawyers. It was interesting to listen to him bcz both of my brothers are new generation lawyers and I have shared this podcast link with them as well to get motivated!!! Thanks a lot😊🙏.. All the best to you and your team.😊🤘
Ranveer, you are doing an amazing job! Your podcasts are my daily dose and I cannot stop hearing. It is incredible how consistent and efficient you and your team is at this work. You are extremely hard working and thanks a ton to offer your podcasts. Please don't stop ❤️💯
Hey, I have been following you for quite a while now and I'd say you are doing a really great job with these versatile and informative podcasts. I, being an aspiring lawyer, got super excited by this video... like "yayy Ranveer will be doing podcasts with lawyers as well"! I have a few ques u can address in upcoming podcasts with lawyers.. Are top tier NLUs really overrated? How can a student from low ranking law college (1st gen lawyer) go ahead after llb I've been hearing things about "robo-advocates". will these actually replace the human advocates? Corporate job vs Litigation (especially for 1st gen) Other (less known) posts/jobs law graduates can go for Ways tech and law can be related (cybercrime as one) Collegium system Some of the important landmark judgements and basic structure of constitution. These are pretty much it. I really hope you go through this comment and take my ques into consideration. Again, thank you for these podcasts✨

Ranveer bhai agr aapko yeh level high lgta hai to I'm a 21 year old CA student and this type of level is habitual for us in high level commerce courses. Pls invite a chartered accountant n you will see financial knowledge, tax disputes and many more. Invite a CA guest
