Kriya Yoga is an advanced part of Raja Yoga...it is very systematic n physically it involves putting our attention on the spine n brain..n breathing...i recommend the book The Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramhansa Yogananda who is in the lineage of Mahavataar Babaji

what I have understood from Sri M about spirituality is that understanding we are not the body.. but how do we understand that we are not our body ..only by experiencing the truth ie having an out of body experience..and in one of his interviews he explains that we can stay out of body for nearly 2-3 days and should come back or the connection between physical nd subtle body will be dismissed and this can be attained through regular practise.. And he has also remembered his past 4 lives.. and he asks nobody to believe.. Tells everyone to experience it then believe And kriya yoga is mahaavatar babaji practice tooo

The author of famous book Autobiography of a Yogi was a leader of Kriya Yoga and he mentioned about Kriya Yoga in that book. His guru was Yukteswar whose guru was Lahiri whose guru Babaji (who lives forever).

Doesn't know you have read or heard about 'Autobiograby of yogi from Sri Yogananda' , which is almost about life towards or teaching about 'Kriya Yoga' , though which is mentioned in Bhagavat Gita by Lord Krishna, Mahavatar Babaji who is Master in Kriya Yoga , Still Some ppl counter to see him in form of light.

Sanatan is a Brahamic(God) Dharma whereas to oppose it's rise they had created their own Abrahamic mean No-Brahmnan but a messenger/son of God and sometimes even Hindu and Buddhist gurus needs to cite something in applaud of Jesus just to praise our western brothers & sisters so that they take attention here but the truth is modern religion is incomparable to Eternal Dharma and its various forms like Bodh Dharma, Jain Dharma, Sikh Dharma 🙏🕉️🔱🚩🚩

Kundlini awakening is not necessary for being spiritual. Swami Vivekananda tells us. In his complete words 11 vol. in Rajayoga book he described all of this ( kundlini ) . Anulom vilom is the main pranayama for awakening the kundlini. He said , play football ⚽️. Because with a healthy body And brain you can better understand the divine and the supreme. In a constipated state , only gas ⛽️ will arise to the 🧠 brain. We are here to live a good life. Lord Krishna said , in chapter 2 verse 37 -- हतो वा प्राप्सयसि स्वर्ग जितवा वा भोक्षयसे महीन । तसमादुततिषठ कौन्तेय युद्धाय कृत निश्चयः। ।37 . Parashara Smriti said -- न श्रीः कुल क्रमायाता , स्व रूपाललिखितापि वा । खड्गेना क्रमय भुअजीत *वीर भोग्या वसुन्धरा *।। -- -- पराशर स्मृति। । VEER BHOGYA VASUNDHARA.
