Most are hidden from human sight. They are intelligent, but their actions and behaviours can vary widely between benevolent and malevolent.. All beings differ in their awareness and spirit vibrations. Higher realms consist of spirits with higher vibrations that are not attached to physical bodies. Within every realm, there are spirits assigned to guide others toward higher states and closer to the supreme one. Here on Earth, we exist within another realm, somewhere in the middle.

I think you are highly meditative which allows you to access these deeper states of sleep at ease. The only dreams I get are sexual ones 😅

You don't get it. Unlike most modern people who are binded through attachment(family, job money, survival etcc), these yogis who are at that level don't give a damn about the world and its people. They just want to be left alone an meditate because its a very blissful state(you need to experience this to understand what I mean). These guys are ridiculously powerful, almost like cheats codes to life meaning they literally have the power to make anything happen. But again they just want to be left alone, which sadly is such a waste since with their knowledge and power they could help a-lot of people suffering all types of diseases, and no its not black magic, since anyone dedicated enough can reach that level. But would you give up your current life, leave behind your friends, family etcc to go live in himalaya by yourself and all you spend your time doing is meditate and when hungry beg for food? Cause thats how these guys started before getting to that level of mastery of the human body and life/death.
