🕉 I find that when we give meaning to our chanting its resonance is so beautiful. I find that after one has sincerely surrendered to Krishna's key ślokas along with the essense of the Bhagavad Gita and enabling this to be put into tangible practice and as a result we become truely in love with Krishna, it is a good time to chant. Later there may be times when one may question the same śloka because time has passed, the material world has entered, forgetfulness or doubt had arisen due to whatever reasons. It's at that time I find comfort to again accept, understand, comprehend and apply the śloka learnt along with the fundamental message instilled in the Bhagavad Gita and conclude it to be the ultimate truth (thus going full circle). Repeating this it keeps generating a greater and more powerful Krishna consciousness everytime, much like a dynamo. Then at this point when one Chants the Hare Krishna Maha Mantra a High sense of Bliss automatically occurs, one truely surrenders to Krishna. Tears may even flow from the eyes at that time, this is a Transformation that I feel devotees experience and is devoid of the material world, one's perceptions change so positively and it is at this point I also pay obeisances for the opportunity for that slight bit of doubt to have arisen due to forgetfulness, I suppose that without it the dynamo could not have spun so well! As such chanting louder becomes but a natural by-product of this and such a wonderful devotional experience. Over time a taste will develop and that sweetness is so overwhelming reminding us of how wonderful chanting is. I think there's no similar chain of events that can occur solely through analytical studies to produce such an intense profound outcome beyond all material conception to help experience the ultimate truth and self realisation. This is why I feel chanting is wonderful at this most respective and beneficial time. I believe this is why accepting, understanding, comprehending and applying the key śloka prior to chanting plays an important role and one has to experience this otherwise (as you may feel) the Maha Mantra may only come as empty words. It will almost be like act of the chanting is requesting the devotees attention and respect (without force ofcourse as if it is the quiet watcher/witness [that we all really are] within), of which the devotee has waited many lives for the quiet watcher to arise. As such this attention and respect is given special emphasis to thus the chanting becomes so blissful. It's no surprise why one can thus loose one self in the chanting for it is from the devine within us. When chanting with this consciousness in mind I find one knows for certain that the Lord and His name are non different! I hope this made sense and appologies for any grammatical errors/misunderstandings. 🙏 Hare Krishna 🙏
