It is rendered on this audio track by Krishna Das, a disciple of Neem Karoli Baba and has been taken from the Cd: Door of Faith. On the Cd's inside page, Krishna Das writes:
I have been carrying the prayers on the CD around in my heart for over 30 years. I have sung them in silence and solitude, with only my soul as witness and only the tears in my eyes as proof of the loving presence of the One who lives within. When i first heard these prayers in India, i spoke no Hindi. I had no idea what the words meant, but the Bhava or feeling went straight into me and answered my inner prayer of longing. Steep your mind and heart in the depth of feeling that these ancient prayers call forth and follow that feeling like a river into the ocean. The truth can not be spoken in words. It is for this reason that i am not including the translation in these liner notes, they will be available on the website (www.krishnadas.com) for those who want them.
