I do "Sudarshan Kriya" and "Sahaj Samadhi" everyday that I learnt through Art of Living. It is incredible and life enriching. Recommend everyone through learn and practice.
@@akshayaupadhyay8827 I learnt the technique in 2002 from Philip Fraser, Micheal Fischman and James Weldon. For the past 12 years, I am also teaching the program in US.
It's been a long time since i've heard this music for the first time. Listened to it countless times in joy and in sadness, in daytime or night time... and it is as fresh and magic as ever. What an offering! Thank you
an amazing video of the bamboo flute, very relaxing, very calming, very soothing, very peaceful, very harmonic, very melodic, very vibey and very blissful. Takes me back home to the times when i was a child living in my small little home with my grand mom and granddad innocent oblivious to harm and dangers and the worries of the world. In our small little room with our small little tv and it would be raining heavily and thundering i would be tucked up under the blanket sleeping on the floor beside my grand mom and my grand dad on our little sofa. then later go out with the umbrella to buy tea at the tea shop a small little bulb burning with the little radio playing in the background with Indian flute music, an i would hear the drops of rain with the little stove burning with tea boiling and the thunders roar as we sat under the little tent of the tea shop. I have tear of pride in my eyes right now as i write this am proud to be an Indian and i love my India no matter how bad it gets or how good it gets the people may change the culture may fade away traditions may no longer be practiced, the people keep getting richer the poor get poorer. new governments rise while the old fall. but still will stand strong the mountains on India the rivers will still flow the sea will still roar the lush greens will always be green. that smell those times those days the moments are NOT replaceable. Mystical India truly Mystical
ridge wood truly said. India is our country no matter what. And your message rushed me to tears. I remembered my childhood days too. Thanks a ton Ridge.

My brother. India is not the territory we have. India is the people who lives in this territory. Cheers to your wonderful memories. I hope you and me can make this country a better one. May God bless you.
And such ancient music, from whichever ancient instruments (including Tibetan singing bowls, the shakahuchi, etc) have an effect similar for me to early-ish electronica like Tangerine Dream. thank you to whoever put this up for all of us
Es una belleza esta melodía. La descubrí, y la escucho muy a menudo para estudiar, leer o trabajar. Es tan buena que no distrae, y al mismo tiempo, permite disfrutarse. Gracias desde México.
The truth shines on body, spirit, heart, and mind like the dawn of the morning sun, blessing first those few who have risen to greet it. May we all grow thereby in its warm embrace, and be drawn ever upward by its brilliance, and on the highest peaks of our potential, there build our temple and faith, where we can learn to carry that light within, so that we may bring light unto darkness, and call forth our brothers and sisters to awaken to the new day, and join us to dance and play in the endless meadow of life's joy. may we all be children of the sun, and earth, and wise elders to the children of tomorrow. peace

I have been meditating for many months now with different pieces of music. But what I felt today with this one, I have not felt so far. It felt as if my whole body was lose and falling and a little light in the center of my forehead. Thank you so much for this beautiful piece.
If you want God why do you meditate on music? God is found on the inside. That's where real peace awaits you. Don't waste your precious time. Focus on the breath taking you deeper, and deeper. To find God you have to surrender the ego. Do not deceive yourself. Purify your heart with seva, tapasya and japa, and then meditate. There is no deceit in God. ❤
Jai Gurudev. Doing Kriya and Meditation by hearing this music is wonderful experience. Every moment it gives a Devine touch. A pleasent feeling in the home, especially this pandemic situation. All are enjoying it. Thanks all❤️❤️🙏🙏

Thank you, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar - for including the recording, "Silence - Bamboo Flute" (Blossom in Your Smile), to follow your guided Sound to Silence Meditation.
Aaa-hhhhhhh.....This takes me back about 40-50 years. When it was easier to find the essence of true silence and peace, even through sound. When it was easier to find respite from 'the world is too much with us, getting and spending...' (Wordsworth). Now, for me, ageing with multiple chronic illnesses, and re-visiting much meditation....
my thoughts move across the colorful land...across the waters,,, over the mountains...into the great blue sky of myself being turned upside down with the empty universe feeling my body being slowly placed lowered into a familiar position....now lost
I have no idea what you all talking here but i do Sahaja Yoga meditation for 18 years under my guru Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, the Mother of all Mothers, incarnation of the Adi Shakti, the guru of all gurus, the ultimate source of life and joy and it has been life changing.
My baby loves this music...all my house absorves this beautiful vibration, it transforms the time in feelings... i i don't exactly know if is it played by Philip Fraser or by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar (Guruji), they are both from Art of Living... thank you for this beautiful piece...

The Eastern cultures have been around a long time. I think they carry innate wisdom from their forebears, at least those who are open to such a thing. Here in young America, we are like a young teen, full of new energy created from the symbiosis of varied cultures here who have found themselves strong, rich, hopeful - sometimes - to the point of arrogance. We will learn our lessons - hopefully not too traumatically, but from understanding. Peace please.
