It took roughly 10 hours because of huge traffic jam on the way. Otherwise, on a normal traffic, it shouldn't take more than 7 hours

How did the bike performe at high altitudes? How much weight was it carrying? Anything broke during the ride?

Bike performed really well. Not even a single breakdown or even a puncture during the trip! The luggage weight was roughly 30-35kg

There are plenty options available in Manali. Or you can bring it from cities like Delhi. Just keep in mind that bikes from outside are only allowed till Leh. For travelling in Ladakh inner line, you’ll have to rent a separate bike from Leh city.

I have one question, Im planing to buy a bike Should i get a new bullet 350 and Classic 350 or Should I get Scram 411??

Classic 350 is better than bullet 350 because of tubeless tyres and more comfortable seats. Scram 411 is an adventure bike (a different segment) But if you like to go with Scram, better go for Himalayan

Considering the Royal Enfield Classic 350 and Honda Hness CB350, which would you recommend for daily commuting and occasional touring?

Actually both are pretty good for this purpose. The only downside with Hness is the service network. So Classic 350 has a bit of upper hand
