Hi Brad. Can you give a little more detail on how you mounted to the ss brewtec pressure fermenter. I have a standard non adjustable valve in my fermenter. This works well just for fermenting under pressure at say 15 psi. But I want to be able to crank the pressure up once fermentation has finished to high carbonate then directly into bottles through a counter pressure bottler. Does your unit go up to 2 bar. 29 psi?
Canadian Brewing Channel an air lock isn’t meant for holding pressure. A pressure relief valve has often a fixed pressure where it releases. The question here is why go for this spunding valve compared to other, cheaper variants. I guess it’s because this one works really well.
