The facts that Saban didn't change the morphine sequence of Gaoranger on Wildforce proved that Gaoranger's henshin sequence were good enough to being changed
@@ducanhpham4319 Power Rangers was sold to Disney in 2001 during post production of Time Force and likely during some pre-production of Wild Force which is why the production company wasn’t replaced until afterwards. It’s very noticeable that Disney affected things pretty early on since they would usually reshoot anything that was anything regarding an attack to the neck including any strangling attempts
@@NintenGamer they might be lazy or just want to kinda stick to source material. Atleast they spend their time on writing, unlike neo saban that has bad writing
Yeah and in the intro i found out that The Japanese characters were in wild force intro by pausing the part where their all together in their morph sequence
Sure was. GaoSilver is the coolest 6th ranger. Tho personally, Timeranger should've been the 25th anniversary. Still, loved Gaoranger vs. Super Sentai...
I love both of them. The Gaoranger henshin is amazing and I like the violins theme. I also love Wild Force because they got a kickass opening song and they improved the animals roars while morphing. Both are great imo.
After moving to US, I'm so happy I spend my childhood in Asia, where I get to see all these amazing Japanese shows plus whatever was trending on Disney channel and Cartoon Networks, those were the best time
What I find even more interesting is that "Soaring Eagle" for both Gaoranger and Wild Force is the only one who kept the suit the same despite the gender-swap, the same thing for Mighty Morphin and Zyuranger with Sabretooth Tiger
The yellow rangers in Lost Galaxy, Lightspeed, and Time Force kept their suits despite the gender change. In all, 5 series had their yellow rangers played by a woman despite the character being male in Super Sentai.
Gao red = wild force red ranger Gao yellow = wild force yellow ranger Gao blue = wild force Blue ranger Gao black = wild force black ranger Gao white = wild force white ranger Gao silver = lunar wolf ranger
Pre-Henshin & Pre-Morph for both Gaoranger & Wild Force: We get to see their Henshin devices light up but Wild Force skipped that. Henshin & Morph process: Exactly the same.
Aside from the Japanese and American actors there's really no change to this morph sequence, though I do still wonder had wild force decided to change the morph sequence what would of been a great way to do it that really fits with the animal theme of wild force
I see. So they edited the wildforce henshin sequence just by attaching the head of the american actors into the body of the japanese actors in suit. No wonder the post are exactly the same.
Could you please do a split screen video? That'd be really cool to see. As in, just the left half of Gaoranger and the right half of Wild Force. At some point we'd get a Ranger with half a face from each
Japan's cameras give a light blue resolution giving a cold environment. while the ones from America with orange resolution given a warm environment, making it clear which material is from America with the one from towards. except when filming at night, the videos are lined up😊😊😊😊😊
For who didn't know Beacause Gaoranger is very special, is celebrate 25 year of all series Super Sentai. So they want to keep all in Gaogranger and we can't call that was a copy
Ironic when considering Ninja Storm had no regencies to past seasons. Between Saban loosing the right to PR during Wild Forces production and Disney moving PR to New Zealand to save money their was zero chances of any form of an anniversary in Ninja Storm. Dino Thunder celebrated the anniversary more in comparison with the Legacy of Power clip show
I saw Power Rangers Wild Force as late as 2007 and it really was the last good season of that Saban era. This was before Power Rangers was owned by Disney anyway. Time Force and Lightspeed Rescue were also great.
Saban probably thought it be better to balance out the gender ratio, 3 guys to 2 girls is more balanced than 4 guys, plus they probably think yellow is a feminine color here in the west.
@@GabeWatchesAnime But that sentai had a blue female, so blue and pink fill in for the 2 girls If they already have 2 females, it's stays, but if the team has four guys, usually they make a male ranger female in power rangers Like they did in the new season dino fury, green became a female ranger
Disney (which was the owner of PR at the time) simply chose to continue what Saban had started. Male to female swap for certain yellow Rangers, that is.
The fact when there Morphing wild force doesn't not have texts but gao rangers had text when morphing and the yellow is gender switched wild force yellow is girl and gaoyellow is boy so gaorangers is more different than wild force and different people looks (of course we know that)
Power Rangers should have just remake the morphing sequence and make it the same as Super Sentai instead of cropping their heads in the original Super Sentai bodies
Gaoranger: the music gives you goosebumps and unique on it's own way. Wild Force: Copy and paste. And i don't care what you think, Gaoranger was way better exciting show than Wild Force, Cole's arc was good, some soundtracks was also good but Gaoranger is way better, no question.
@@WhiteAlbumGG_YTi'm not and you just called somebody "maniac" over a kids show LOL. Both shows were average but i prefer Gao, Wild Force has hefty amount of flaws: •The first half of Wild Force was nice, but the latter half was boring than Gaoranger. This was basically the Power Rangers version of Kyoryuger since it focuses too much on Cole. While catchy, the theme song could be annoying and repetitive. Sometimes the acting could tend to be mediocre while there are times where the actors tend to overreact Cheesy sound effects, that doesn't fit the show at all. It had a handful of cheesy moments that are a bit irritating and cringeworthy. They were very unoriginal and lazy with some elements from the show, such as the morphing sequence it is noticeable that their heads where merely pasted on their Japanese counterpart's bodies, another one is their roll calls, (excluding Taylor, Alyssa and Merrick), come on, it is noticeable that it was just dubbed in English, the Org names were also just dubbed in English and finally to rub some salt on the wound, most of the dialogue is recycled from the Japanese show. It had some really bad episodes, like the 6th, 18th and 29th episode. Some of the main Rangers are kinda uninteresting on their own ways. Cole is a perfect example of a Gary Stu a perfect character with little to no flaws whatsoever, being generally overpowered, a strong-willed leader, and what's worse is he barely experiences drawback in unmorphed battles or whether he's in his transformed state. Taylor's arrogant nature could be a bit irritating at times, and when things don't usually go her way, she tends to act like a spoiled brat. Max fails miserably as the team's comic relief, making uninteresting and cringe-worthy jokes. Princess Shayla is a very useless and immature mentor, and what does she do throughout the show's run basically nothing other than sing with her annoying voice. The villains are way too lighthearted (barring Master Org) and some of them are really boring. (Like Toxica, Jindrax and etc.) The Animus Arc is feels so out of sync towards the show, as it never felt like a proper arc and was just filled with filler episodes. Speaking of Animus, He was nothing but an unreasonable jerk in that arc, rather than deity who is teaching the importance of being warriors, even in his human personality he was extremely unlikeable, and his way of foreshadowing of his identity was very stupid. And for Gaoranger: I can say that Gaoranger is a series that trying to be as much entertaining as possible and sacrificing plot depths just for that. Which may be a good thing, since after deep and complicated Timeranger series it was a nice idea to make something to let people to have fun without much thinking.(but seems like a lot of people didn't get this idea and call it boring without thinking) While i can understand why people didn't enjoyed a lot with this team but we atleast learn about their past and some of them have really bright personalities (such as Kakeru/Red, Gaku/Yellow, Tsukumaro/Silver) but the problem is they don’t have special stories, which makes them to look really poor in front of Timerangers, who had deep and complicated personal stories that goes through the whole series. I think the idea about making heroes to abandon their names and keeping them for the end of the series was great, idea about showing us heroes’ dreams for the future, after they’ll fulfill their mission, is great too.
As per usual, they gender-bent the yellow ranger for the American Version. (Yellow Ranger was male in the original) Other than that, they kept the original transformations of each role (besides the actors portraying them of course). As the old saying goes, "If it's not broken, don't fix it." :)
gaoranger was a good series the only thing that i dont like is ,this is the first series to fully utilize cgi in robot sequence which is im not really a fan of
I've never watched Gaoranger But u grew up with Wild Force It's my very first power rangers season that I've ever watched and the story itselve is not bad It's pretty good
I know Johnathan Tzachor loved the sentai so much but this is literally copy and paste. They even had the same morph call. And is it just me or the actors the hired for Wild Force look like the Gaorangers actors a bit
Beacause Gaoranger is very special, is celebrate 25 year of all series Super Sentai. So they want to keep all in Gaogranger and we can't call that was a copy
@@trungnguyenthanh1046 i was talking about the morph and morph call. Yes i'm aware that Gaoranger was the 25th sentai and thats a massive achievement. I'm just saying Wild Force didn't have to go as far as adapt the morph call. That be like if the MMPR team would say Dino Buckler like in Zyuranger
Ok. I Wish Every Power Rangers Season, Had The Exact Same Sentai Henshin Sequence, BUT, Done Correctly, With The Group Morphs, Instead Of Having The Individual Morphs, That Seriously, Takes, WAY Too Long. But, With The Only Difference, Is The Actor Heads.
Nope. Animarium Armor is exclusive to Wild Force. There are exclusives in Super Sentai (e.g. talking Bakuryuu, talking Engines, etc.) just as there are exclusives in Power Rangers (e.g. Zyu2 footages, Battlizer for In Space, etc.)
