I have been preparing for SSC exam for last 1.5 year. I have a locomotor disability in left leg due to accident in 2019 . When I was examined by disability assessment body doctors declared 25 percent disability in my left leg. But according to rules if we have disability which is less than 40 percent in rajasthan any disability certificate cannot be issued. So I didnot get any disability certificate. They only mention disability and sent us a rejection of disability certificate. So according to govt rule a candidate less than 40 percent disabiliity is not a PWD candidate chahe disability 39 percent bhi kyo na ho because less than 40 percent ka disability certificate number bhi issue nahi hota only rejection of certificate hi likha aata h. [7/11, 5:06 PM] .: According to ssc notification My disability is locomotor disability-one leg (OL) But because of less than 40 percent disability I cannot mention it in my form beacuse I didnot have any disability certificate and certificate number. But when I read notification PWD (OL) is allowed in every post and even it is allowed in- (1) Cgst inspector (2) Income tax inspector (3) almost every department [7/11, 5:06 PM] .: Sir if I selected as a income tax inspector what doctor diclare me unfit because of my 🦵 leg disability problem because there is no any mention in my form that I am a disable person [7/11, 5:06 PM] .: What I will lost my job ? [7/11, 5:06 PM] .: In same condition a PWD (40/40+) is allowed in this type of job because it is mention in ssc notification [7/11, 5:06 PM] .: What will happen if I opt Cgst inspector ? I can easily crack physical examination walking and cycling as mention in Cgst inspector physical examination because even if one leg disability I can walk but with some limp and I cannot run. but running is not required in cbic physical examination. But what will happen in medical examination what they will make me unfit because of my leg disability (my leg is below knee is partial paralysis because of this my ankle movement of upward yani doctor ki bhasa me bole to I have weak dorsification condition called footdrop and a rod in my left leg and due to surgery it is about 30 cm long surgery marks is clearly visible. What will I lost my job ?but in same situation PWD (Ol) candidate is allowed [7/11, 5:06 PM] .: And same for other department
