SSNIT hotels: 'Vociferous' objections led to halt of sale but we had rejected Rock City's terms - DG 

The Director-General of SSNIT, Kofi Osafo-Maafo says the decision to terminate the sale of the shares in the hotels was taken partly because of the "vociferous" objections from the stakeholders.
He, however, insisted that SSNIT's Board and Management initially rejected the terms of payment offered by Rock City Hotel, ultimately leading to the deal's termination.
