😂this is the worst video I’ve ever seen for a review on a dirt bike.. I literally just started riding 2 months ago.. and I could’ve gave a better video than this
@@tebibyte2357 Any chance you'd have the jetting specs for the Mikuni TM30 you're using? Wondering what size main and pilot you're running and if you changed anything else?
Here is the truth on the ssr bike. I assemble and sell them and work on them when they need repairs. This work i do is temporary but a good to learn and know. What I've learned about them is that they are a very good bike for the money, you actually get everything any other brand has on it and the price difference is big, obviously it's not the best out there but it hold it's own and is decently fast. If you take good care of it it pays for it self. The aftermarket sale is good and in the near future the SSR name will grow and be a big play in the moto world. If you're a handyman i world recommend to try and buy one directly from scratch in the crate and assemble it yourself and save even more money.
@@Bearby the jets are located in the inside of the carb itself, they are located at the bottom of the carb. You simple remove the two screws underneath the carb and you will see them. Be sure to to shut the gas tank them drain out any gas in the carb.
You done a review on something you know nothing about. I don't know! But it seems to me, I would learn a little about the machine before I gave the whole world my opinion about it. Anything would be better than "I don't know" damn, make something up. Lol
Yea I guess it is. Oh well, his opinion doesn't matter to me anyway because I will never sink my money into something so useless. I've owned several dirt bikes as a kid and my opinion is they ain't a bit fun to ride. I'd take a old 300 Honda with a case of beer and a trail any day of the week. It's much more fun to ease through the mountains right slow, sip on a cold beer and enjoy nature
They are a lot more fun to ride imo. But don't get me wrong, I don't advise getting out on a 4 wheeler gettin wasted and actin crazy. You gotta have respect for the machine cause you could easily get hurt or killed
I work at a dealership MSRP is $2749.00 there is no assembly fee there is a setup fee if you choose the leave with a bike that is gassed up and ready to ride your dealer decides that fee, Then you should only have to pay tax on it depending on the state you live in. There should be no shipping fee unless you discussed having one bike shipped for your self.
The place im planning to get mine from is selling the 189’s for $3300 & the 300’s for $5500 i’ve looked around & i cant find them for cheaper anywhere else in my area which is the chicago land area 🤷🏽♂️.
I have a job I work 3-7 days a week depending on the time of year just things get old I bought my can-am fourwheeler not even a year ago going to look at Honda talons next week because bored of fourwheelers
I know you new to dirt bikes and all but just so you don’t embarrass yourself😂 the red wire u called the starter is the spark plug wire. (Underneath of it is the spark plug)
How is it holding up? Hopefully the manual breaks down all the parts and you can keep up on the maintenance. Seems like about $1k too much, but as long as you are enjoying it.
That's cool bike I had a tao 140cc put performance carb on it and it was great trail bike nice low end torque so I can imagine this 190cc much better. Hoping I can get one used cheap but bought gf a 85cc 2 stroke Honda crazy power band
zepole87 they have compatible parts literally on amazon and eBay for these things. Tbolt USA also carries a variety of SSR parts along with plenty other online dirtbike shops. You could literally build an SSR bike, part for part just from ordering everything online.
They wouldn’t let me finance it I tried so I could built credit but they told me didn’t get approved they can try another day I just said no I’ll buy it flat out
I got rid of it because afraid I was gonna hurt my self I started riding it reckless I got comfortable with it. But my friend kept his fit over a year held up great never had a problem and he never changed the oil till a year later
TheBearbyProject ya you overpaid big time you could easily get 3+ 125cc dirt bikes and sell them on letgo or OfferUp just got to wait for the right deal
@@Bearby yeah i just got it this morning i had to put a deposit down before that built the bike and when i get there they still acted like the regular price was the price up until the point of purchase. Then i asked if they had a ramp they told me where to pull and set the bike outside didnt bother to help me out
Damn man where did you get it at? They should of definitely helped you. I never loaded a dirt bike or strapped one down the dude helped me and strapped it down for me
No they are the worst dirtbikes ever! I made it my duty to find every post that promotes ssr dirtbikes and say they are the worst! Cheaply built/horrible customer service! Every other ride you have to replace a inner tube! Brand new the bike took atleast 10 kicks to crank! I bought this bike for my son (ssr70) brake line wore out after 10rides from rubbing on the tire! Combustion cycles are horrible with customer service! Better off spending the extra money to get a honda Kawasaki suzuki etc..even a used one is more reliable than a ssr! Worst bike i ever seen!
nah the ssr sr150, and 189 are solid. nothing compared to their smaller pit bikes. The cheapest parts on those bikes are the rims everyhting else is solid
