There's a reason u don't build civilian housing close to industrial areas.... they could have avoided all of this... the steel industry is one of the worlds most environmental hazards. also the company ( Ilva ) could have build warehouses to store the raw materials and used trucks ( closed ) tip trailers to move it from point A - B that way the environment could have had less damage.
