Throughout the 1960's and '70s, St. Albans seems to have been one of the most heavily televised mechanical organ museums in the UK. Shown here is quite possibly the most bizarre excerpt ever filmed at the museum, as presented in the 1970's children's puppet show "Inigo Pipkin". In this footage, a certain Tortoise is feeling somewhat glum and to cheer him up, both the narrator and terrifying rabbit (Holly?) decide to take him to see some mechanical music. However, Mr. Tortoise doesn't seem to be satisfied - how dare he! It is well known that dance organs are capable of lifting the darkest of moods... ;)
Besides the usual shots of Jeanneke and the Four Columns, the most valuable pieces of footage are perhaps the nice close-ups of 101 key Mortier "Oscar" before it left the museum to join Watermouth Castle - although sadly this is somewhat let down by a brief and not very tuneful rendition of Eviva España!

Interesting footage I never knew that 101 key Mortier that's now at Watermouth Castle used to be at St Albans. I see back then in this footage it sounded really well whilst as now with it being at Watermouth Castle it doesn't sound the best.

Yes, it was imported by Charles Hart and was one of the last organs to be sold out of the museum! The organ was nicknamed "Oscar" (after Oscar Grymonprez), the facade originates from a 105 key Decap organ and was repurposed by Grymonprez for this organ, replacing the more traditional Mortier facade it once had.

The jazz flutes on oscar sound like a strangled cat, lol!, i have a cassette of it when it was at St. Albans and it's playing very well, unusually it has bourdons but i think they were a later addition.

Same... I'm in a place that doesn't have any organs like these. I hope to visit a place with more of them someday.

Unfortunately I don't think there are any dance organs in Mexico... There do not seem to be many collections of mechanical music in South America. I know there is a collector with a couple of Mortier organs in Guatemala.
