Do you ever watch a video before posting the first thing that pops in your head? At 1:56 the video shows the front porch with at least 8 different mailboxes attached to the front wall. Then, as the previous poster pointed out the side view shows seperate air conditioner units leading into the building. Both would lead a normal rational person to deduce it's an apartment building.
