I don’t think I have that one but I’ll look. The episode Walter Payton was on I don’t have either. I did post a video of the Soul Train Line from that episode which wasn’t the full Soul Train Line. The episode Walter Payton was on was in 1973 and it was a Dance Contest episode.
@@mychannel-zu6tz A-ha!... So you know the Struggle!!!!.... There is something so strange that so many episodes are so hard to find... 30 Million people a week watched this show in the 70's.... I know dat cuz I used to read the TV Guide... The only show higher rated was 'All in the Family' In the 80's, radio shows would touch on the missing ST shows.. Or, on a ST show Don mentions ' Our President Miller ' or something... Or, that E. Murphy & M. Johnson hired an investigators to track down missing ST eps in a warehouse in Kuala Lumpur.... And, that's another eps I haven't seen... The one where M. Johnson was on dancin..... He bought the property... But, this is real.... How is old ST shows so complicated to see.... The Commercial were F Douglass comes back from the Dead to tell a Brother is hair is Knappy-As-Hell, keeps gettin taken down.... This is 50 years on now.... What the hell???... And, If not too fuzzy, can remember the first run of ST eps on video. 1979 but, it came out on BETA-MAX... And, BetaMax Machines were $1200, in 1979... No one had them.. And, the ST video set was $90 in 78-79... They did not sell well then... But, of course they are collectors item's now going for 10G's a piece....
@@robloxmaniacdanceandshake7871 Yes I know the struggle! It’s hard to find Soul Train nowadays before it was accessible and you could buy it for a good price. But now it’s seems like no one sells it. The reasoning for the videos getting taken down is because of Paramount and ViaCom. Paramount and ViaCom own the Soul Train footage so I guess once they see too much of the footage being shown they take it down.

A 50 year old Afro Sheen commercial, or the Jheri Curl Activator commercials? They were funny back then.... ST was the only place those commercials would even air. Soul Train conspiracy theory's are numerous... But, the Bottom line is that... It was Such a powerful thing that a Dark-Skinned black woman in 1973 could shake her stuff, and be seen as 'Sexy', and beautiful by 30 million people. That alone changed so much for so many.... But, it is so strange that you can find all the episodes of 'Leave it to Beaver' Or Gilligan's Island.... But, still in 2024 there could be a bunch of ST episodes from the 1970's that have not been seen since.. Bless you for Postin what you have......
