I was rejected by Christ University last year but got into SJC and I have no regrets whatsoever. BTW, your videos have helped a lot Kavach, thanks a lot!
I guess you must also talk about the NAAC rating and the quality of education in these colleges and a little more research on attendance , dress code will add depth to the information. Also..SJC is managed by Jesuits. THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN JESUIT EDUCATION AND THE EDUCATION IN NON JESUIT UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES.
Very informartive video. But Christ is just based on First Come First Service based as they are not considering for the students applying in later rounds, is it true?
yes that is actually 90% true, I applied in round 3 i scored around 115/120 and my interview went really well but i was given the pune lavasa campus for BBA. I applied for BA journalism, Psychology and english. They are just making money by conducting round 4 and 5 because there are no seats left in any banglore campus.
I had the same confusion between these 2 colleges for my BBA course. The christ website gave me the required details, and Kavach's videos helped me clear all other queries, but the SJCC one wasn't clear on the admission process. If anyone from SJCC is reading this comment, could you please answer: a) How is the selection process for BBA? The website states that applicants need to write an exam (SMAT) and then there is an interview later. Is the SMAT exam difficult, and what sort of portions are covered under it? And, does the personal interview require me to be prepared for a micro-presentation, or just basically what do they ask in the personal interviews? b) How is the crowd at SJCC? Are most of them decent, or are there lots of rowdy types? Does ragging or anything like that take place? I would be very happy and grateful if someone could answer these questions of mine.
Iam from sjcc college but iam pursuing my b.com. All I can tell is that college is good and not much crowded and there is no raging but may be a little. I had a exam and then a interview and then I got qualified
I would be glad if you clarify these 2 queries of mine. As I'm from a different state and I really needed a guide and I got you.. 1. Can I apply in 2 or more colleges like SJC AND CHRIST UNIVERSITY at the same time?? 2. Is it really hard to get into SJC for arts??
May i know what second language options do they have for bcom degree in both these collages? Trying to grt admission for my son next academic year. We are in africa and he knows only english and french as second language here. Pls reply.
Kavach bhaiyya, i need 5 good points about st. Joseph college bangalore. Bcz tomorrow @11o'clock is my interview. So please check it out and find some good points.
@@tejaschetu8759 at the starting section it is really good. First we will go into a main discussion panel and later they will send us to a waiting room after that 2 faculty will call us and ask basic questions. Which can be said easily and mainly study economics. That has the top priority. And after that if we complete our first section of interview, then we will going to the main discussion panel and they will send to another waiting room and from there one sir will be accompanying you and in this section you want to know everything about letter of undertaking. So please read it and make a sense of it. That sir will ask you about something like read the first paragraph of the LOU. DONT READ BY LOOKING AT IT. Please read what you know about that. Second important thing the sir will ask you about the language you prefer in sjc. You want to tell which you like the most. They will give first preference for french, they will ask you did you studied french and if the answer is no. Then they will say that take german instead of french. But if you dont know both the language you should take additional english as the preference language their. There is nothing to worry about this interview. Be cool and attend the interview with full confidence. And one thing you should attend the meeting/interview with your parents, if your parents are not with you, you should mention it to the interviewee. So thats all. Good luck for your interview. 👍👍
I secured distinction in both 10th n 12th and I also did my pu in sjicpuc!! But I'm finding hard to get seat in sju!! Please guide.. through donation ppl are asking 600000! Please help
Sir, for bsc science course which college is better sjc or Christ? And which course is better chemistry or biochemistry for getting more job options? Please do reply.
@@kavach.khanna01 SJCC n SJC are two different college. SJCC is in brigade road and SJC in lal bagh road it's almost near. BOTH are maintained by JESUITS and affiliated by bangalore university. Both college conduct admission process individually. SJCC having higher cutoff when compared to SJC. SJCC fee is higher then SJC.SJC I feel better infrastructure. Faculty is same. Overall student's prefer SJCC. SJCC is more brand valued, renowned.

Brother, I just got selected for the B.Com(F&A) at Christ University. I like 2600 km away from Bangalore, and I have no idea what the accommodation programme in Christ is like, how to apply there, and what happens if I don't get accommodation in Christ. Can you help me?
Hi! I'm considering it for BSc Stats and Economics and got selected today itself. I wanted to get your review and feedback about the course. Should I go for it, or are there any factors that might make me reconsider? Please reply

Hello, I am planning to do my Msc in Microbiology in St Joseph after my graduation in zoology honours ends next year. Can you please let me know what are the admission processes for that? Is there going to be some entrance like CUET or is it purely merit based? Help is greatly appreciated!
For getting into SJCC will it be like only the people who passed in the Entrance exam will get go to interview process or it's like all together results?
No entrance exam is conducted in sjc , instead you need to submit your documents, if they feel like you are eligible, they will shortlist you for personal interview
