That's what they agreed to pay the top cop and do you think that they should split his by 300? What is the point of you saying how much he makes how would that bring in more police officers please help me understand!

COPS DON'T WANT TO WORK IN A CITY THAT DOESN'T PROSECUTE THERE CRIMINALS. THERE TIME IS WASTED BY REARRESTING THE SAME PEOPLE DAY AFTER DAY. AND THE CITY ATTORNEY LETTING EVERYBODY GO WITHOUT PROSECUTION. THIS CITY NEEDS AN ENTIRE NEW GOVERNMENT. AND IT NEEDS TO BE REPUBLICAN. GET THE CORRUPT DEMOCRATS WITH SOROS MONEY OUT FO THIS CITY. AND GET A CRIME FIGHTING GOVERNMENT THAT WILL DO THE JOB RIGHT.

Didn't a Republican governor appoint a person to take over. You probably mean hire people that look like you so they can pull over 1000 law abiding citizens to find 10 criminals. But not do the same when crime happens in your area. The cops decided to stop cooperating with the first prosecutor to get her out. She did a bad job but that is horrible to what they did. Just like it was horrible for all those lawyers to quit. All to make a point out of frustration. I understand but it still was wrong and helped contribute to the problem.

Hahaha people spend longer time becoming a hairdresser… maybe the issue is cops hire anyone who can breath and spell basic words. Cops aren’t the brightest crayons in the box we all know it. Maybe start there stop skimming the barrel for new recruits

Talk about not the brightest crayon, this comment is so devoid of logic it hurts. In one breath you say the cops hire anyone, but the entire video is about how there’s a national shortage. You’re literally saying be more selective when no one is even applying.

If only the Fire Department was also the highest paid in the regional area. They run fires and crazy calls all the time. Gotta move to the county to run on the elderly to get really paid...
