This new documentary film reveals that the patron saint of Ireland was an ordinary man who accomplished the extraordinary by placing his faith in God. #stpatricksday #strpatrick #st.patrick
This American was driven to tears a few times as I listened to this documentary. Thankfully, the mentioning of his nationality did not stir the tears. However, his commitment to Jesus and his honesty is an inspiration! Might we all esteem and honor with unyielding commitment the God and Savior, Jesus, of Saint Patrick as he esteemed, honored, and bowed himself before the servant of our Lord God Almighty, the Redeemer, Jesus Christ. Thank you LORD for using this son of yours to continue to reach the masses because of his obedience to you so many centuries ago.❤️☘️🇮🇪✝️
Yes, Saint Patrick was born in Britain but the Lord called him to evangelize Ireland and bring Christianity/Catholicism the Catholic faith to the beautiful island of Ireland. May Saint Patrick pray for us and pray for Ireland.🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪

So the history of Patrick is this he was born in Wales as a Roman citizen. He had a Welch name. They don’t mention it, but I’ve heard Irish people talk about it. He was captured in his slide by the Irish escaped, went back to his family, became a praised, and then a bishop, and then it was sent by the Pope to convert Ireland and oh my gosh look what happened. Oliver Cromwell could never defeat Patrick and Oliver Cromwell was a heretic.
Sorry to burst the bubble of some potentially very wonderful people from the Emerald Isle, but if you do some research you'll discover that Patrick wasn't Irish. He was British.
