Dominque Harris DOB 6/1/2000 DOD 12/2/20 RIP 🙏- Six to Seven seasoned/professional law enforcement officers unable to take a 20 year old black male in custody on a child abuse charge for pushing a 15 year old on play ground instead shot 50+ times hitting him 38 times - Per Pinellas County records - Dominque was incarcerated previously and released in July 2020 - on probation for a year - this bad/poor south side of St Pete is prime real estate which is going through gentrification-
