You gotta change that thumbnail picture lol. St.Pete isn’t in Tampa!

The heat and humidity keeps you indoors most of the year, outside of beach time. Great place to spend the the winter. Folks who have never lived in the weather really need to rent for a year to see if you like it full time.

It's an awesome park! Sunset is a great time to take a walk around there. It's also slightly cooler which is nice:)

I would love to talk to you about real estate. I'm about to be stationed in St. Pete's and plan to buy a house if the market isn't whacky.

When was this filmed? I've got to strongly disagree with the "old infrastructure". Saint Pete has spent a lot of time and money to improve the electrical and plumbing infrastructure. They have gone through all the neighborhoods and implemented these and other infrastructure improvements. Maybe you're looking at info from a couple years ago.

I can answer that for you right now: St Petersburg is the best out of those three, then Orlando, then Jacksonville.

Interesting how lack of families is seen as a con for you. Idk about you but I see that as a pro. Less kids 🤷‍♀️

There are tons of families here with kids, but due to the current state of this country, you just don’t see them outside playing like we did in the ‘70’s

Why do you dislike kids? Seems like you’re the odd one.

I get that you’re a family man, so I can understand why the lack of a family vibe is a con for you, but as you mentioned, St. Pete is getting younger. Meaning it’s appealing to people who don’t have families or who like that it doesn’t have a family vibe. I wish more of your videos weren’t so heavily family/kid focused. Some people just want to learn about different areas to leave and could care less about schools.

St. Pete is the party spot of the Bay area.

@@RedWolf75 you think so more so than Soho or Ybor?
@RedWolf75
@RedWolf75 11 месяцев назад
@@stephenbellESQ Absolutely. Tampa is a Corolla, St. Pete is a Lexus. St. Pete's nightlife runs from the Pierce all the way down Central to the Grand Central district. The places in St. Pete are just on another level.

I'll take your word for it since I never go over to St. Pete. But given how many things are popping up to do in Tampa via seminole heights, the suburbs, ybor, downtown, and soho. I doubt a couple blocks in St. Pete tops all of that so easily lol

Saint Petersburg is NOT a part of nor governed by the City of Tampa! Saint Petersburg is a whole other city with its own government. It is wholly incorrect to juxtapose Saint Petersburg with Tampa as if it is a suburb. For those who assume ‘Tampa Bay’ is a city inclusive of Tampa, Saint Petersburg, and Clearwater, please know that ‘Tampa Bay’ refers to a region of independent municipalities that happen to border the body of water called Tampa Bay! Saint Petersburg is growing exponentially vertical, creating soaring rents and home prices. Flooding is isolated to known low-lying communities like Shore Acres, yet it is incorrect to assume that all shoreline communities are flood prone or require flood insurance.

Never, never, never buy in Shore Acres. It has been a flood prone problem since the late 1940's more more so since a lot of the homes went up from the late 1950's though about 1970. Go for Allendale. I think that this "realtor" may not realize that Tampa is also in Hillsbough County while St. Peters is in Pinellas County. I guess he also missed the great recession to where most of Florida properties crashed and crashed bad in value.

It’s a beach town. It is really too small to be a city of any note.

St. Pete is not in Tampa! They are not even in the same county. You should probably check your info bud. Also people from St. Pete hate Tampa and you can see that reflected on street art and local signs. “Don’t Tampa my St. Pete”
