jadine fans did not fully understand the strategy ofVIVA in the promotion of MISS GRANNY.they used james largely in these promotion to attract the big fan clubs of jadines by having james sing the songs attributed to nadine to attract them to their mall tours which was very effective to the fans. but admit it or not james has the charisma to attract fans to the MG mall tours. this assumption can be proven to the successful concerts of the 2 in the PHIL. or international being the most in demand performers of today.the premiere night was also absurd in the sense that VIVA approved of their invitation to NADINE and KIM they were not allowed to get near to their respective partners until the movie was ended even to the after party proceedings. but james being the uncomformist in showbiz politics he was able to have nadine on his side in the party table of VIVA and the stars of the movie . even BOSS VIC and CO. were surprised to what JAMES did taking NADINE to their table.
I've pointed it out in my IG comments that Viva successfully utilized the clout of James and Nadine the massive Jadine followers. But that it was unfair for Viva bosses to disregard Nadine's presence in the after party even if she's a Viva superstar in her own right; that she be treated equally like the rest of the Viva female leads which I found lacking. Good thing, James is James and saw the "gaffe" and brought Nadine himself to the cast table. I think, him singing Naddie's song which he co-wrote, was something he decided to do himself not only because he likes to sing it on stage (he said that in their Las Vegas concert) but also for the Jadine fans. I think he has freedom to choose what to sing when promoting projects.
