In calculating steps load.. by multiplying area with unit load ..we will be getting .675 kn/m

Steps load's unit is not kn/m2, it would be kn/m. As area is m2 and unit wt unit is kn/m3

Since the stair load is divided equally between the mid landing beam and beam at starting point of stair at floor level, as you said, we need to add the load 18.12 to the floor beam also. But that is not assigned. Please clarify…

Yes Agree He only assigned to the mid landing beam, The floor beam al so need to assign the same load as mid landing beam too

Sir, I have a question, on mid landing beam the the udl which you have applied should be double. because on mid landing beam two flights join.

No. This is because Only half of the beam length is loaded with UDL from one flight.

Shouldn't the load be applied on the other beam where the main landings will be resting on? You applied the load on the mid landing beams that are towards the outside of the building but not on the beams that are towards the inside of the building.
