i'm a bit of a casual but essentially: Cadian (formerly on Heroic) was shouting at Mongolz during a match and he got some heat for that because Mongolz are a pretty young team of high schoolers, hence the first bit with the part about Mizhno being scared. For the part about Launders talking about mongolian resolve etc, I think that's because he's a big fan of national teams like the Mongolz, hence him being a "racist" meme. For the part about "stabbi," Jabbi and Stavn left heroic to Astralis after Cadian was kicked from Heroic, but there was a lot of drama because they wanted Heroic to kick Cadian, basically backstabbing Cadian. In a video, Launders accidentally switched the J in Jabbi and S in Stavn to "Stabbi and Javn," i.e. alluding to stabbing or backstabbing.(I'm probably leaving some references out so feel free to correct me/add on)

@@Poopergambles from what ive read, stavn made a push to remove him because he was unhappy with his IGLing/vision for the team and cadian himself wanted to leave if playres did not want to play under his system, but who knows 100% exactly what the reason was? and yeah, stavn & jabbi get a lot of shit for it lmao - both Richard Lewis & Launders have made videos covering the situation + they're a bunch of reddit threads on /r/globaloffensive discussing it, both of which go over it a lot better than me - this is just my cursory knowledge!
