Good tips! It's weird getting used to looking down at the ball with your eyes behind it. Feels like your head is anchored back there, but you have to trust this process. I fatted a few shots because I didn't transition left. After timing the transition, you'll flush 'em like a pro! 👍
When I use my hips properly, I hit good solid shots. I almost always know when I used too much arms. Video effectively puts you in proper positions. I saved for later reference.
