Stabilized Whipped Cream Frosting
Ingredients:
2 cups whipping cream (chilled overnight)
1/2 cup granulated white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp clear and unflavored gelatine
1/4 cup hot boiling
Procedure:
1) Chill mixing bowl and beaters for 15-30 minutes
2) Combine gelatine and hot water. Mix until gelatine dissolves
3) Mix until gelatine dissolves. Set aside
4) Combine whipping cream, vanilla extract and sugar
5) Whip until soft peaks form on medium speed
6) Add dissolved gelatine and whip until stiff peaks form on med. high speed
7) Whipped cream frosting is ready!
