I like that this actually visualises the available money to buy new BTC so it would make sense that a crash comes when there's no money available. I wanted to complain that you didn't mention "false negatives", but there actually aren't any major crashes in the past years without a previous low of the stable coin market share

Hey, Ben. I really liked this content. You likely don't remember me, but I started following you waaaay back when you had only about 25,000 subscribers. Unfortunately, I'm sorry to say, is that I haven't watched one of your videos in more than two years now. And it's nothing against you, because I've always recognized you as being a really adept TA guy and good at math. Now regarding this particular video, I found it especially interesting since it resembles a model I personally created (unpublished) in 2019 to predict ups & downs in the market. My model has worked really well over the years for me, I'll just say that much. But it involves looking at percentages of different things and not "trend lines" like you do, or like most TA people tend to do. What I wanted to bring up, however, is where I noticed that you stopped at USDT & USDC in your analysis here of the logarithmic scale. And certainly those are the two largest stablecoins, but as you know, there are many more that DO end up adding up to a lot more money (or value) overall. After USDT and USDC, then we have DAI in 3rd place, followed by First Digital, then True USD, USDD, Frax and so on. Even the essentially still-defunct Terra USD is still added into that whole pile of stablecoins at just under $300 million. So when you add up ALL the stablecoins up (not just USDT & USDC), you get a current grand total market cap of $751.9 billion according to SANBASE. And not only that, but the current market cap of Bitcoin itself is $786.8 billion, or a mere $34.9 billion over the aggregate market cap of all stablecoins combined. So how interesting is that to you? Basically, in other words, the combined market cap of all stablecoins roughly equals that of Bitcoin. (I think it's pretty interesting anyway.) But regarding your model that you presented here, I was wondering how that trend line looks if you were to plug in the FULL aggregate value of stablecoins at $751.9 billion...🤔

For dominance to hit that trend line it already takes at least 30% BTC retrace form the local 49k top. I don't see additional 50% drop on top of that happening.

there is an inverse head and shoulder on BTC dominance on the daily playing beautifully, that if it plays out dominance will go to 60%. what do you think ben?

Why do you talk about a correction when USDT is under its bullmarket support band, just got rejected, and has so much more downside to go, which actually is indicative of the OPPOSITE of a btc/altcoin correction.

I see a possible error here. The relationship is not causational...at least not in the direction you are portrayin. Stablecoin dominance will rise as a consequence of falling BTC price as investors will sell off assets in favor of holding a stablecoin during a dip. Unless whales are pulling out prior to dips, the stablecoin dominance is a direct reflection of the market strength, not an indicator.
