Stabless?! eFoiling without Rear Wing 

This summer, after one of our eFoil courses, we discovered that the stabilizer was missing.
It actually broke off. The remaining part of the tail was still in the mount. There was no further damage to be seen on the eFoil and we suspect that the customer fell on the stabilizer or that there was a collision with driftwood.
But the surprising thing was that the customer flew to the end!
Can that be true?
Of course, we wanted to test for ourselves how the eFoil can be controlled without a stabilizer.
