I love this video and the other bipolar one you made. I have cyclothymia, which is a mood disorder, often described as a “mild form” of bipolar disorder. Whenever my illness gets a bit too much, or I can feel myself losing it a bit again, I watch this video. I’m on medication so my symptoms aren’t as bad/don’t occur as often anymore. But it’s still a hard illness to live with. I don’t think anyone truly understands what it’s like until they’ve experienced it themselves. Thank you for making these videos 💛🧡💚💙❤️💜

In The US A Soap Actor named Maurice Bernard who has been playing Sonny Corinthos on General Hospital since 1993 has been very candid about being Bi-Polar. It was the Soap Opera that Megan Markle was on when she was starting out. I sometimes wonder if Rock Legends were Bi-Polar (Florence Ballard The Supremes, Brian Jones, The Rolling Stones, David Ruffin The Temptations). Brian Wilson was diagnosed as Schizophrenic but they made a mistake he too is Bi-Polar and to this day he has to take Meds and go for Counseling.

Bipolar can take over your life if you're not careful sleep medication helps you have to take control speaking from alot of experience.

I have bipolar and it’s awful to handle with my moods change so much one min I’m happy the next I’m angry scared and confused 🤷‍♀️

Have Hollyoaks once well I started watching Hollyoaks back in 2003 that’s when brookside has finished the show that’s because it’s reminds me of the great storylines to loved very enjoyable to watch I wonder if you got some back in 2019 the storylines are called the far right group once I would like them there are been lost and I couldn’t not found them the once I would loved to watch are when Johnny sets the bomb of in his back yard part one and part two. Steven Hay did the round the circle and used his voice for everyone. Tony and Diane try to see sense in Steven Hay. The March. The love boat. Lucas celebrating his birthday BBQ Johnny and Stuart stoped Steven Hay going to his best mates funeral. And also plus Johnny Stuart and Steven smashes the bike that’s would be great if you have got them that’s be great mine faverourts cheers
