I would like to make something like that poncho with arm holes, but a child size and with short sleeves. I see the students shivering are at the line of stream of icy cold air from air con, but I cannot ask to turn the it down because the rest of the class is sweating! All they need is to keep their chest and arms warm while they sit down. My kids are 2.5 -6; I would be quite happy to make a few for the classroom.
Hi Christa! I loved the Stack in the Back segment of the podcast. I was gonna go back and skip to the segments in each podcast, but now I don’t have to! Thanks for compiling these into your “greatest hits.”
Sooooo many beautiful creations, Christa! Lots of inspiration there! I know how hard it is to come back to something you loved crocheting at the time but writing it out as a pattern is just tedious! I have many of those & lots of great intentions, but.... oh here's a new project to crochet!!! Tee hee! I'm currently crocheting some plain grannies to intersperse between the Bloomscape CAL flowers. 🥰Blessings from South Australia💕🐨
Worked this week to catch on the CAL flower Granny squares. Loved the project because here in Sun City, Az we had 31days of 110+ temperatures. So happy not to have to stop crocheting in the heat. 😂
Yes please! That shawl is so pretty. Love it. Also….one day you showed a ‘Road Kill Animal’. Can’t remember if it was a bunny? I would love to have that pattern.
hiya christa! of course, im going to say the palm tree granny for a tutorial - still love it! also, what about a play list of your gorgeous borders?! PLEASE. xoxo
I just love everything you make ! But I save my afghan making to my winter ( in the USA )…… right now it’s summer and too hot 🥵 for anything on my lap !!
How many skeins of the gum ball yarn did you use for the blanket? I’d love to try and do it!! Yes please, turn the market bag into a cover up that can be worn over a bathing suit, or with a tank top and shorts. Also yes to the New Dawn Friendship Shawl!! I made the Oyster Shell Scarf and I love it!! I used Rock Star for it. I forgot if I used 2 or three skeins, but I love it!! Thanks for sharing - I LOVE Stack in the Back!!! 💜🧶
I have some yarn that is quite fuzzy. I thought it would be perfect for a cardi. but I have only one skein and I cannot locate any more of that yarn as it was discontinues so long ago. Now I don't know what to do with it, but definitely not a scarf! Maybe I can follow the fuzzy shawl tutorial, it looks holy enough to make the skein stretch to complete one. (If I will frog it successfully: that's my biggest problem with fuzzy yarn.)
Hii I am a viewer from Korea!! I loved your work so much and was going to buy one of your written patterns on your website😊 But for some reason my order gets a glitch and keeps me from ordering😢 Could you please check and tell me if there is anything I can do?
Subscribed this year, so I am finding these stacks are very fun & interesting. I make a lot of blankets & would love to learn the border in the speckled blanket from the pink stack. (Maybe it was the Alaria blanket?)
Love love love shack in the back it is so hard to pick but I think my favorite was granny Ruth blanket. Are you this in solid color? At one time you had said you were going to make the party carti in a solid color did you make that? Did I miss the tutoral on that I've been waiting to see it done it was hard for me to follow in variegated colors I would love to make this my first garment to be the party carti would you call this easy intermediate so then I can do it. Thanks again for wonderful podcast see you next time
