I love Stacy Lattisaw & all she brought to the game! She was & still is a SINGER...PERIOD! She told me on Facebook that she didn't like this song! LOL! I loved it because it was so different for her! I too have all of her music in every form except 8 track & reel to reel (lol). A true singer & had she been given her due she would have gone further than she did! But Stacy was a class act & remained TRUE to herself! Met her a few months ago in NC & she did a recording for my CD release party!
She was/is SOOOOO beautiful! And her hair was FABULOUS and a whole vibe all by itself!!!!!! Her smile is radiant and golden too! I know she is dedicated to doing the Lord's work now and I am happy for her, but I do wish she'd release another album. That gospel album she's been talking about for years would be GREAT!!!! I always remember Puffy Dancing in the Father MC - Treat Them Like They Want To Be Treated video with Jodeci on the hook; but I don't remember this video. This is a year earlier. Looking back at the Father MC vid, I think this guy in the Que shirt is the same guy also dancing with him in that Father MC video.
