I didn't even know he had died! Only 39. At least he was in his home county when it happened. And he was doing what he loved; parachuting. RIP Roner, and best wishes to Annika and the kids. 🙏😢

I’ve been skydiving and BASE jumping for over 15 years (5) BASE, and sadly I have lost several friends due to this sport, and to all the people wanting to see the video of his death, have some respect guys, he has a family! My family knows the risks I take every time I jump, and since the birth of my second child I’ve slowed down on the BASE side of. Things and dedicated more time to Paragliding, which they often join me in the sky, but to say ‘he died doing what he loved’ is a cop out! He knew the risks, as all of us do participating in extreme sports, but sadly when we lose a brother or sister due to this, the last thing we want is the footage of it all over the Internet for mindless creatures to be entertained by! #livelikeroner Live every day to the fullest and never take enjoyment from other people’s misery and misfortune guys

Eric always stuck out as my favorite. Watching nitro circus from the very beginning and the movie they released, he always had that attitude that was impossible not to love. He always reminded you to live every day of your life doing absolutely what you love. Rest is peace

What a shame that his lack of discipline killed him young. He had so much to look forward to: arthritis, obesity, impotence, autoimmune disease, chancre, cancer of the face, chronic constipation, chronic diarrhea, pre-senile dementia (followed by life in a straitjacket), impotence, ball surgery, ball infection, bilateral orchiectomy and so much more. Let this be a lesson to you kids: take NO risks! Do as you are told and you too can live a long life on a respirator.
