Thanks for your video, But i have noted you might have missed to explain how you arrived the figure 6000 in Paid/Adj column for the first guy in August and later on for the month of October. You said "I have to pay this guy only 6000". so pls explain the calculation too. I guess we deducted the accomodation rate for 2.5 days/month and totally for 5 months. right? If so , When we Deducting/adjusting accomodation rate for First part ie,Apr to August it should be 2604.17(208.33*12.5 OR 520.83*5) right? Video Time line 11.44 mt to 13mt

What if we can do calculation based on year of 365 days to solve this issue ?. Normally I saw auditors calculate Salary per day (Eg 10000*12/365) @@masteringaccountingskills7717
This calculation is based on last leave salary paid, thats on 31-03-20 in the sheet. So, when we calculate Leave salary till August , there will be 5 month from April, So, 5x2.5=13 2.5 Leave day you will get per month
And also i have applied leave on Monday but previous week friday night itself i flew back to India and rejoined on next monday. My hr told me that my leave started from saturday itself not on monday is this right.
Before it was basic + HRA. But now i have heard that it will be full wage since feb 2022 as per new rule. Confirmed from some sources. Still i will visit tasheel office to reconfirm.
