Hey everyone thanks for joining us again today. This video is for those of you that are new or new again to introducing solids to your baby. I have never made baby food in my life...I remember buying the Gerber baby foods for my boys when they were babies, but that's it! So if I can do it, you can too! I really hope you find this video helpful and that it encourages you to not only save money by making your own, but to also be able to give your baby something healthy without any unnatural added ingredients.

In today's video we are sharing with you 3 super quick and easy baby puree recipes. What you need:
3 Small Sweet Potatoes
2 Medium-Large Peaches
1/3 Bag Baby Carrots
Water
Pressure Cooker/ Or Pot and Steam Rack
NutriBullet/Baby Bullet or Blender
Mumi & Bubi Tray or Ice Cube Tray
Wash, peel and chop peaches and sweet potatos and trim off carrot ends. Place on steam rack and place in pressure cooker over water or in a pot over stove top. Steam until tender and blend individually with water. Portion out in freezer tray and you are done!
What I used made a batch of 21 1oz servings. Milani is still new to this food and she has yet to finish an entire serving.So far she has shown preference over the sweet potato. I toss what she doesn't finish, but I will start splitting her servings into 1/2 oz servings to reduce waste.
The amount your baby eats so please go off of what you know. Milani was introduced to baby cereal and banana at 4 months and currently at 5 months for this video. She is also strictly breastfed as she will not take a bottle...only chews on the nipple lol
