This is not how court is supposed to proceed. The judge is in the wrong on this.

Why is the Judge being a hard ass on waiting until the other Prosecutor is there? It must be on record somewhere that he agreed for the Prosecutor to attend her appointment. If this is so why go back on his word.

I think his defense attorney is very good! Yeah I’ve flipped back and forth about him being guilty or innocent. Due to lack of evidence against him though, id say innocent

Wow, have never seen an attorney talk to a judge that way. Very unprofessional and does not represent the state well at all. Kudos to the judge for his restraint.
